Can't login on computer w/ Facebook

I have Spotify Premium. I use it on my phone. Now I want to login on my computer with Facebook so I can use it on my computer, but it keeps saying that the servers are unavailable. (Error code: 7). This has been going on for a few weeks. I already reinstalled Spotify but no luck so far. What to do?

It sounds like a firewall might be blocking Spotify from connecting to the internet. Be sure to check out any firewall settings you might have setup. Both on your computer and in your router. Spotify needs unrestricted access to the internet in order to work.
