Can't login on duo account?

My wife has upgraded to a duo account, but when i login on her username (email) i only get in on Spotify free. My guess is that somehow we got two different accounts on one email. I've tried to find the invite option in her app but either it's not on the android app or I'm looking in the wrong place. And if i login via a browser i only get in to the free account!?

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and are signing into that one instead. Just to confirm this is the case, are you able to see your playlists and music when you log into the Free account? If not, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find your login details for the original account.
