NEXT STEP

Can't login on iOS App. OS Version 13.5.1, App Version 8.5.60.

Can't login on iOS App. OS Version 13.5.1, App Version 8.5.60.

I have tried following steps already.

 

1 - Uninstall and remove anything in keychain or whatever related to Spotify App.

2 - Reboot the device

3 - Reinstall Spotify App

4 - Reset password on Web App

5 - Login via new password.

 

Still I am unable to login.

We can see that you went through some good troubleshooting already. Could you clarify whether this issue is limited your iPhone or do you have difficulties logging in on other devices as well? 

 

Also, are you getting any specific error messages when you try to log in? It'd be great if you could share a screenshot so that we can see what's happening on your end.
