Can't login on windows but can on browser

So when I try to login to my account on my browser it works fine, but when I try to do it on the windows program it tells me my password is wrong (error code 3) even though I'm sure it's correct since I can use it to login using my browser.

I have the exact same issue - I've tried changing my password so I know that the password I'm entering is correct but it keeps coming up with error message 3

For some reason my username was changed to a string of random letters and numbers, probably because the account was just new. I found out by login in om my browser and going to account details.

Me too. I have already reset a password for multiple times. As soon as the password is reset the browser enters, but on the iPhone and in the Windows application it says that user or password are invalid with error 3

With username I can login. But with mail address not anymore.

This still doesn't work for me - I've tried using both my email and my weird long username and neither of which are getting me in 😞
