Can't login, spotify says my country doesn't match the one on my profile

This problem started this morning. Spotify wouldn't let me log in because it said that my country was not matched with my profile. I live in Indonesia

I checked my profile and made sure it was Indonesia and saved it. However, this problem persists. I've emailed spotify support and they asked for a screenshot of the error code, but have yet gotten back to me since.

I've tried restarting my router, restaring pc, and signing out of all other spotify sessions yet the spotify windows and web player app still says that my country does not match my profile. 

I am not using a VPN.

What is happening?

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
