Can't login to PC or Mobile app.

I was listening to music and all of a sudden Spotify closed, now I can't login. I have changed my password twice and it still will not let me in.

When I try to login using my Spotify credentials it says Sorry, but we couldn't connect your Spotify account with Facebook. Please try again.

On the website I am logged in, when I go to edit profile and try to change my password it says "sorry but another account is already registered with this email"

Yes I know I am logged in!! 

What the heck is going on?

Now I can login but my Facebook is it's own account.... and I can't link my facebook to my subscription account....

You may want to look at the thread here:  http://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts-Subscriptions-and-Music/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premi... .  When you were having trouble logging in, somehow you most likely created a duplicate account.  There are several others with the same issue, and even some potential fixes.  Hope you get the problem sorted!
