Can't login to Spotify Analytics with correct username and password

Hi,

I'm a premium user and I can't access Spotify Analytics on safari, chrome or mozilla. When trying to login it just says "Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive."

I'm 101% sure I'm putting in the correct username and password.

Can anyone please help me?

Are you a music label or distributor? The Spotify Analytics tool helps labels track the number of plays of their music on Spotify. Split by country, gender, age, and product split (Free vs Premium users).
