Can't login to Spotify

I've been getting the error message that I can't use Spotify outside my country for 14 days. The problem is I AM PREMIUM. I am in the country I've created my account, and it won't let me login. As far as I know, premium "should" allow you to travel all over the world with Spotify so I shouldn't be getting this error message if I am premium and I'm in my home country, right?

That is correct, premium shouldn't give you this error.
