Can't login to my account

Can't login to my account

Since yesterday I'm not able to login to my premium account. I already changed my passwords of both my spotify and Facebook account and it still refuses me. On the website I can log in, but my username is suddenly changed into a strange number. Also when I ask for an e-mail to reset my password, I never receive the e-mail. What should I do? Can it be my account had been hacked?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Do you have a dedicated Spotify username and password which you created when you registered?

If so, try logging in using those details rather than with Facebook. 

 

Otherwise, if you are still having issues, double check your email address is correct on your online profile and then get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form who will be able to look into your accounts a little closer.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
