Can't login to my account

Hello.

I can't login into my Facebook Spotify Account. It says i "exceeded the limit of 14 days abroad". That is not the case though, since i created the account in vienna and I still live there. The only thing that happened abroad is the payment for premium from the credit card of my father who lives in berlin.

(Not sure if it that is relevant to mention: he cancelled the payment a few months ago, so it is now a free account.)

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

If you have a Free account, you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days at a time. In this case, you need to reconnect to Spotify in the country you signed up in or change your country settings from here. To do so, just follow these steps.

Keep in mind that if you were paying with a card from Berlin, your account must be registered in Germany.
