Can’t login to my premium account

My Question or Issue

 When I try to login it says “We’re experiencing problems. Please try again later.” It has been about 24hours. Tried reinstalling, restarting phone, restarting network, logging off WiFi. Nothing works.

Hi Chandlerleigh,

 

Have you tried entering your username rather than email address? This could solve your problem!

Also, personally, I'd advise against sharing your email address in a public forum (if that indeed is your personal address in the screenshots). Possibly remove these as you've given enough information in the text.

I’m not too concerned about my old school email but thanks for the heads up. I tried the email and username. No luck.

Hey @Chandlerleigh.

 

Could you make sure iOS is up to date. After that you may try the next few steps for a more thorough reinstallation:

 

  1. On your iPhone tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage
  2. Select Spotify
  3. Offload the app, then tap Uninstall
  4. Turn off your iPhone and wait 2 minutes
  5. Switch your iPhone back on and install Spotify from the App Store
