Can't login to my spotify,,, resetting password does not do anything??

Title says most of it. Since about 2 weeks ago random playlists from what looks like European countries have been added to my playlist and my usual playlists have disappeared. I'm writing this under my fb account, which should've been connected to my spotify acount but today randomyl disconnected and doesn't work anymore. the original account's username is ckcandor, but i cannot access it even by resetting password to the email it's connected to. Not sure what to do since I can't login or reset anything. Any help would be appreciated! thanks.

To regain access to your account you will have to contact the accounts team through the anonymous online contact form (Account > Other > I still need help). Make sure to include the birthdate, zip/postal code, and e-mail that might be listed on the account. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it so you can be connected with an agent that can help. You should receive a reply within 3 days.
