Can't login to old Spotify account

My Question or Issue:

I'm currently writing this from my alternate account but just now around maybe 10:30pm EST I was logged out of my spotify account on all 3 of my devices and it's not letting me back in. Im sure all my information was correct however it's still not allowing me in claiming my Username and/or password combination is incorrect which is completely wrong since this is the same account I logged into just the day before. I can't even reset the password with email since the email connected to the account was apparently a gmail.ca. which is absolutely ridiculous (I know I sound like a karen but I'm rlly mad about this)  since gmail.ca isn't a valid domain much less with a extra (.) at the end. I can see my account is still active however that doesn't changed the fact I cannot get in, I tried contacting spotify help via chat however they were a let down unfortunately and through the years I've heavily relied on my music and by addition spotify to get me through difficult times so losing this account means a lot to me and although I still have some of my playlists most have been lost along with this account so im not sure what to do.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

In this type of case, the best option is resetting your password to regain access to your account, but taking into account that the email has an invalid domain, this option seems not possible. Keep in mind that since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, unfortunately we cannot make any type of changes on our end.

As an option, you can look for your old profile in your alternative account and follow the playlists you got there, in case you have your playlists listed on your profile.
