Can't login using email and password

I tried logging in using my email/username and password but it hangs there. I tried reinstall it but it still doesn't works. How can I solve this problem?

Hey there! What version of the Spotify desktop app are you using? If it's not the latest version, I'd recommend updating to it. It also may be a problem with your OS. If you have a different computer on hand, try downloading the program there and logging in to see if it gives you the same error. If all else fails, I'd recommend contacting Support about this. In the meantime, the Web Player is always availible. Best of luck getting this resolved!
