Can't login with email

Can't login with email

I tried to recover my password, but after submitting my email, it shows that the email isn't connected to a Spotify account. When I try to create a new account with the same email, it says the email is already taken.

 

How can I solve this problem?

Hey @TuTran, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try to reset your password here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, then I’d recommend checking your spam/junk folders to see if any password reset email has been sent through there instead. If you’re still having trouble, then follow these steps.
