Can't login

I had an spotify account with the username t_hollenberg and while listening to music it automaticly logged out. After it logged out i tried to login again but i kept seeing an error. Now i cant login anymore and if i try to change my password it says that my account doesnt exist anymore. I used a month free premium (i dont know if this has to do anything with the problem but just in case.)

I would love to get my account back so that i can buy premium and listen to my own made playlist agan.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
