Can't login

Can't login since yesterday. Login is not working on Xbox One X. And on my PC it says "no internet connection" But that is not the case....

Hey @sebban89,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Well im using Spotify app on my computer. Internet is working as it should.

But spotify still says "no internet" Im not using wi-fi on the computer, it's wired directly to the router.

Have the exact same problem. Can´t play or login. Started yesterday..

I´m also wired to the router.

If i switch to the app on the phone and disables wifi and play via cellular, it works. As soon as i turn on wifi again the music stops...

Hey @sebban89 and @johwing,

could you please try to shut down your router and then turn it on again after 30 second?

When this doesn’t work try please check if you have a proxy or firewall that interferes Spotify from going online, disable it and try again.

Yesterday i did try to shut down the router several times and it did not help. This morning i tried again and now i am up an running again. Everything works. Don´t know if that was the trick or something else..
