Can’t login

Hi, earlier today my mother was logged out of her Spotify account and she now cannot log back in. We have tried all possible password combinations, we have tried multiple password resets (no email arrives) and we have tried to login via Facebook (says that no Spotify account is linked). It all seems very sudden... this morning her account was as normal, she completed her work shift, came back to play music, and this had happened. She has a premium account and she cannot login via either Android or iOS devices. Of course, I am posting this off my own account (which appears to be working just fine) as I cannot get into my mother’s to create the thread off hers. Please help!
