My Question or Issue

I logged in with phone number. Due to that i can't change email address or add one and i can't even reset my password.

I want to change my email and password.

What do you mean by logging in using your phone number ?

Have you subscribed to the service using a third party company ?

Thanks for reaching out! 

We can confirm that if you've created an account using your phone number, you won’t be able to add an email address to it. If you want to have one added, you should get in touch with our support.

They can help you add an email, then you'll also need to create a password. After that you will be able to log into your account either with the email address and password or with the phone number and the SMS code.
