Can't login

I've had my phone for awhile and I got a new a few days ago. I've been trying to login to Spotify but it won't let me. I put forget password and I think it sends to my old email which I can't access either. Just want to cancel my subscription, move my old subscription to a new Spotify account or get help loging in to my old account
