Hi, I'm french and I have a Spotify account since one year and a half. Yesterday I received an e-mail saying that someone had changed my e-mail address, I looked up on Spotify and my password had changed too. I can't login anymore, and I have a Premium account (I spent so much time making my playlists, I can't give up on this account)

I also send an e-mail to the service yesterday night, and 2 "reports" on the website (I guess you could say that, I don't know how to call it). Nobody responds, and I would like to solve this issue quickly.. It's very annoying ^^'

This sounds like suspicous acctivity going on with your account. In this case, I would recommend checking out this support article for more info and the next steps to take.
