My Question or Issue

Hi i have been using spotify with no issues for the past few years. however just today i am loged out of my account. And i have been unable to access it again. I am sure that the username and password is correct when i key in. I am getting an error code: 3 error whenever i try to login. I tried to reset my password serval times but i did not recieve any email asking me to reset my password. My username is tangledcurls.

Hope you're doing great! 

That's odd. Could you try logging into Spotify here, preferably using a different browser or incognito mode - and let me know if the same issue happens there?

Also, based on the screenshot - did you take that screenshot using the Spotify app or the web player?
