Can't login

I was randomly kicked out of my account and unable to log in again, despite using the same username and password for a while now. My username is just "hplover145" without an email attached to it, so I can't remember if I had a specific email for that account. As a result, I'm not able to reset my password or find a way back into my premium account. It's not connected with my Facebook either, so I'm really unsure what to do from this point. The only thing I know is I used my college information to set up premium, but my college email does not seem to work for my account. Please let me know what you guys think!
