Can´t login

I have a Problem,

i habe used the free spotify and logged in with my facebook login data.

Then I deleted spotify from my pc. Now a month later I installed it again on my pc, but I can´t login now because the country on my facebook account doesnt match with the country in my spotify account. It is now Austria instead of Germany. And when I want to change the country I have to add a credit card number, but I don´t own a credit card. And the first time I used spotify I didn´t have to type in any payment infornation. I wonder why I have to add a credit card, when I use the free spotify account!
