Can't make a payment

Can't make a payment

Hi, I'm paying my spotify premium by my carrier, Smart prepaid. However I was out of my track to load the day of the payment so when I tried to update the payment details and did it again for the Smart prepaid load there's this error I'm encountering not getting the code to continue. Like when I entered my phone number, no codes I received from Spotify to continue. What should I do? Please help me. Thanks
