My Question or Issue

Hello I wanna make a new spotify account for my sister but every time I enter the email a loading circle keeps loading for hours (Moblie) and when I tried on PC a message says "Verification failed. Please try again later" I'm so confused it's been like this over 2 weeks please help

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

It's also a good call to make sure that your sister is old enough to have a Spotify account here.
