Can't make payment

Can't make payment

I just changed mobile network, which has cut off my pay by mobile for Spotify and caused my premium to lapse. I'm trying to set up the payment again on my new network, but whenever I click on the pay by mobile option the page fails to load and just gives me a try again message? Does anybody know why this might happen?

Hi.

Are you able to try a different browser and/or device?
You can try clearing cache and cookies, also try incognito mode in your browser.
