Can't pay, log in, Spotify abroad

Hello. I use Spotify abroad, and I always pay but it just took me out, of my account (iPhone) and I changed the payment method to Mexico, and changed my country and still the credit card company already charged me, and when I put new card it says it's from the US but it's not, and I can't log in! And I don't know what to do (sorry for my English, I'm from Mexico)
I can't log in, credit card company already charged it, and when I put my credit card it says it's from US and its not!

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
