Hi everyone!

 

I'm trying to upgrade my Free Account to Premium, but when i put my card data, i can see this error:

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

I have an American Express card from Santander Rio bank.

Hi I think American express is not accepted, not sure if its different depending on the country. Nevertheless, I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can check this out for you. You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ . If they send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible. Spotify aims to reply within 24 hours.
