My Question or Issue

I can't play music for few days on all my device, in 4G or in wifi.

I just can play music that I downloaded in my phone, for others songs a message tell me that I'm offline but I'm not.

The songs come back in my phone when I disconnect and connect again but I have also troubles with connection on this device so it's really annoying.

On my desktop no errors appear. Music just never start. I try several browsers and private browsing, also to disconnect and connect but nothing works.

Log out and log back in on all devices.

 

Next, if that does not resolve the problem...

 

Reboot the device. When was the last time you actually turned off your phone completely? Reboot the PC, too.

 

Clear all cookies and the cache in your browsers, on the PC and on the phone.

 

Are you using the Spotify Windows desktop application? If so, uninstall and re-install it. Uninstall and re-install the app on your phone, too.
