Can't play particular song

My Question or Issue

 I can't for my life understand why the song Young Dumb & Broke won't play on any of my devices. This has been happening for at least a year now when I try to play this song on pc Spotify will say they can't play this right now if I have a file I can import it. When I try to play it on my iPhone or mac nothing happens when you press play. Yes, I have tried logging out reinstalling clearing cache everything! Nothing works!
