same problem, asks to reauthenticate, do so and does not work.....
I am having the same problem. 4 hours of reading this forum. nothing works. the forced facebook thing is an insane circle of stupidity that does not work. I set device password over and over - still says wrong password.
all fixed now, either spot or sonos fixed I dont know but happy now 🙂
