Can't received a pin code from smart

Hi spotify. I have trying a premium subscription from your application but I can't received your pin code. Its been for weeks trying to your subscription. My number 09186325647. I already tried to contact the smart about this but they said that they're are not supported by your application. I hope you fix this ASAP. Thanks.

found solution for this 

you need to GETPIN first and send to 8823 
then after you receive a confirmation

STOPPIN  1 and then send to 8823

then try to activate premium again 🙂

I tried this already it's the second time I'm doing it again. It worked last month this month it wouldn't. Is it one time use only?

Is this for smart or globe?

I am experiencing this atm. It worked for me last time which is the GETPIN method but now it is not working. I can't function without spotify hahahaha what to do?
