Can't recover password

Hi,

I've installed a new version of windows and can't remember my password.

Whenever I try to recover my password I get "A message has been sent to you by email with instructions on how to reset your password." but I'm not receiving any email. I'm using the correct email, infact I've received a newsletter to it just yesterday.

What to do? Help me please 🙂

Whelp, I've tried to recover the password for the account I created this thread with and that didn't worked either. I'm not able to get back into that account either.

My email provier is www.gmx.de and at fault I guess?

I am having the same problem. I am asking for a password to connect up my Denon device. I go to get a "Device Password" am told that an email has been sent (email address is correct), but no email has been received!

No issues with spam or anything, infact - signing on to this community I received an email with milliseconds!

If you get in touch with support here they can get one of those emails out to you manually 😉
