Can't redeem $0.99 offer

I tried to redeem the 3 months for $0.99 offer using my Paypal account but I got sent to an empty page without doing the payment.
The empty page's link is https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/product/premium/?country=US#__billing-paypal

What's wrong?

I've tried to sign up with the premium trial also and it keeps saying that I've already used it before. I've never used it before... Could it be saying it because i'm using the same card that someones account used for the offer??

I also paid for the $0.99 Premium upgrade for 3 months and I still haven't been upgraded. I subscribed more than two weeks ago and I was never charged for it, thus disallowing me from upgrading.

Yes that could be why. It probably tracks it so people can't abuse the offer by making multiple accounts with the same credit card.

But since you were never charged it could be a problem with the payment. You might have to contact support

Can you try it in a different browser or computer? It sounds like a browser related problem
