My Question or Issue

Me and my wife are on a Premium Duo account. Her account was removed from the active members. When I sent her a new invite, she received an error message stating that she can't join this plan. (Please see attached screenshot)

 

How can I re-add het to the Duo plan?

Hey @Diwweltjie,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

There is a limitation on how many times a member can switch the Family/Duo plans. Only one switch every 12 months is allowed.
