Can't remove a song from current playlist

Instead of removing the song it simply adds to the end of the playlist, from my desktop (windows)!!

Are you able to try this on a different device and see if the song is able to be removed? Also, have you tried logging in/out to see if your Library refreshes? Feel free to reply back with any details if it's still showing incorrectly and I can try to help further.
