Can't remove member from family plan?

Whenever I click on someones name within my family plan options, it says

"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

and I can't get on the members options to remove them.

Essentially, I'm stuck on the family plan page and can't click on one of the members names to remove them.

Any help??

That's not cool. Let's do some troubleshooting. Could you try to use a different browser to remove the member from Spotify Family? Let me know how that goes.

I had this problem and contacted Spotify support here.  I clicked through technical issues to still need help, dropped my details in the page and an agent sorted it after a quick chat.  It was much easier than expected.
