Can't renew my premium

When I try to renew my premium it says that my credit card provider is having a bad day so I can't renew my premium. By the way I tried to use a another credit card and the same thing happened.

@FrozenFragger i'd suggest trying to change your payment method from a different broswer, device and internet connection

if that fails, the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
