My Question or Issue

Hi,

I was suddenly logged out of Spotify on the app, and couldn't log back in with my password. Due to that, I tried to reset it, but I'm not getting the email to reset.

 

I already looked into the spam and into all the possible folders there are in my email, it's not in there.

 

This is the main account of the Premium account that I have, so I can't even add a new one into the premium or cancel.

 

Would appreciate any support!

If you actually checked Spam/Junk folders and there's nothing there, please double-check if you're looking at the right e-mail address.

 

While trying to reset your password, consider using an Incognito Window or a different device.
