Can't reset password of the original (non-FB) account, missing Premium status

Can't reset password of the original (non-FB) account, missing Premium status

Hi,

 

This is the problem:

 

Wife was logged in on Spotify (the app) on our home laptop using her original Spotify account. She then clicked the "Upgrade account" button and paid for a 1-month Premium on the web page that was opened. Next she created a playlist that she wanted to have available offline and logged off.

 

Later she tried logging on but couldn't remember the password -> password reset form. The form  said she appears to be a Facebook user so in order to change the password she would have to go to FB.

 

In a nutshell:

 

1) She can log in with her FB account but not with her original Spotify account

2) Original Spotify account's password can't be reset, see above.

3) FB account doesn't have the same Premium status nor the playlist she created with her Spotify account

 

How can we solve this problem?
