Can't reset password - there are no answers anywhere!

My Question or Issue

 I am VERY frustrated!! I can login online using 'login with facebook' but not using my password. I can't login on the app at all. So I tried to rest my password - but no email was sent to my account. I am losing my mind here, goddamnit please send me the **bleep** reset email so i can try and login! I've trawled the previous help questions and nothing has worked for me - why the **bleep** am I paying premium for this!

My girlfriend has the same problem!

But she did try to change the password entering this link https://www.spotify.com/is/account/change-password/ and a sucess message happear after she input a new password. But after logout, she can't login with that password. She can still login with facebook but not with email+password and, as the OP stated, she tried to reset password via email but after dozens of tries, no email ever arrived her inbox (we checked spam and everything).

How to solve this??

You can still log in using the blue button named Log in with Facebook.

If you no longer want to log in using your Facebook account, I recommend you to check out this article.
