Hello ,


I can't reset my password because I have given a worng E-Mail address on my Registration.

Now I want to change my Mail and I contacted the Support by E-Mail but there is no respond after 4 days ....


I don't know what to do because I can't login and use my other premium account now . I had to write this from a different

account . Anybody know what to do ? Or should I just wait for a respond ?

Was your account created using Facebook? If not, you should just be able to update the email address manually here

I'm not that's the problem ... I have to logg into my account for changing it but I forget my password .


So I haven't a Password for the account nor the E-Mail address

So you forgot your email address and your password, if that's the case you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the Online Contact Form and they will be able to assist you with this.

Make sure you're including as much detail as you can, such as any possible email addresses you might have used to create the account and any possible purchases and they will be able to lend a hand.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
