Can't reset password

 My Question or Issue

I believe that someone else has access to my account from another device.

I have logged out via the log out everywhere button. 

i do not remember my password so i logged back in via facebook to change my password. But when I try to reset my Spotify password i dont recieve an email.

I have checked and double checked that I have the correct email and even "copy pasted" it from my profile. 

I did however get your mail now when i verified myself on the comunity site. And the site uses the email from my profile. 

So i cant change password because i dont get the email.

Thanks i will do this now and i may update this thread on the situation
