Can't reset password

HI! I've been trying to reset my password to cancel by premium subscription but it won't let me reset it. Can anyone help please?

Unfrotunatly this is a strange thing that tends to happen, but their is a solution! 🙂

Just reset your password again, but this time open the link in a incognito window 🙂
