Can't reset password

I've tried resetting my password using my email and username, but neither worked. I created the account with my google account, and I think that may be part of the reason. I was able to reset the password 3 weeks ago, but now it won't let me log in or reset the password. My username is <snip - Moderator Edit> (it told me it when I reset the password the first time)
