Can’t select a image for profile picture

I’m using the web player on safari and I wanted to change my profile picture. It only lets me grab a pic from files instead of photos, so I saved my picture to files. But when I click files, the photo is like grayed out and unclickable. I tried it with many photos already, nothing works. The files are also all .jpg.

I'd recommend logging out of your web player and reconnecting using an incognito page to see if it helps.
