Can't sign in because its signed in on my banned PS4 account.

My Question or Issue

I want to sign into spotify but its signed in on my banned PS4 account so i cant sign out. Is there a way to sign out? Ive tried to open the app on the banned account but i need to be signed in, which i cant do, because its a banned account. Any help?

You can start by trying out some steps provided on this help page.

However, this issue is related to a PS4 account which has to be unlocked.

In order to regain access to it i recommend you contact PS support and have them take a closer look for you.
