Can't sign in or reset password

Hi, I'm having the same trouble as described in this thread:

I opened a case (#00631570) over a week ago but received no response, and the problem persists. Would someone please wave a magic wand over my main account (username SniderThanYou) to fix mine as well?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I'll escalate this to the Spotify staff for you. The same thing should happen i.e. A Spotify Moderator will reply notifying you it has been fixed.

i am signed in permanently on my PC and have forgotten my password.  I need to sign in with my ipad but cant change the password.  Please help.
