Can't sign in to Spotify account

Is anybody else having problems signing in to their Spotify account? I was suddenly signed out on all my devices, and can now only sign in through Facebook. Now, when signing in through Facebook, I'm missing Premium and Spotify acts like I'm a new user.

 

I'm being told my Spotify username and password are incorrect, but I never receive an email when I try to change my password. I'm hoping this is just a temporary maintenance issue!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you can't sign into your account, try using this contact form:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
